LITTLE WONDERS

Free program for children 18 months to age 4

Little Wonders is a nature enrichment and early literacy program for children 18 months to 4 years old accompanied by their parents, grandparents, or guardians. Little Wonders is generously underwritten by Sunrise Rotary Club of Vero Beach. Outdoor exposure benefits humans in so many ways, yet, we do not spend nearly enough time outside. This is especially true for our little ones who desperately need meaningful opportunities for nature play and exploration.

Please note: There are no Little Wonders Toddler programs during the summer.

Each month will explore a different theme. Registration is required as we need at least six children to sign up in order to run the program.

Classes meet Thursdays 9-10AM or 11AM-12PM and Saturdays 9-10AM or 11AM-12PM.

One class offered at four different times to choose from.

Additional Information:

Adult must be present with child throughout entirety of program.
Participants will meet in Welcome Center at 9:00am, with the program beginning promptly thereafter; adults and children are free to adventure around the ELC campus or enjoy lunch on campus after program concludes.
Swim diapers or pullups are required to participate in all water activities for all children who are not potty trained.
Adults must sign indemnification form to allow children to participate in program (included in registration).
Wear clothing and footwear that can get dirty and wet from nature and art play. The ELC encourages direct contact with the natural world whenever possible (including exploration without shoes, at times). Each parent or guardian is to use his or her discretion when deciding whether or not to allow a child to play barefoot.
