Summer Wellness Program
Walking meditation is a 'meditation in motion,' great for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
It's a practice that is all about being aware of our bodies as we move. If our daily lives are defined by 'going to' or 'coming from,' a walking meditation is simply about being present, happy to be alive! Regular practice may help improve your mood and create feelings of well being, sleep better, manage stress, sharpen your mind, and reduce your blood pressure.
